Cougars to participate in the Mother's Day Run
The Cougars will be participating as a team in the Mother's Day Run. If anyone would like to sponsor a Cougar for this run, please contact tfusco@mtroyal.ca for more information.
World Football Academy coming to MRU
Mount Royal University and the Cougars Women's Soccer Program will play host to the one day World Football Academy (WFA) Seminar held in Calgary, Alberta.
This event provides the opportunity to aspiring coaches, managers and sport enthusiasts to learn about the football periodization practices of the top coaches in Europe. A great opportunity to partner with the University and Women's soccer program.
The players will be involved in a portion of the day's activities and used as participants for a 1 hour session. What an opportunity.... to read more about the program www.worldfootballacademy.com

Cougars in Training
The Cougars came together this past weekend for some futsal. On Saturday the team participated in a scrimmage with the UofC while on Sunday the team invited a local squad into the den to play.
Currently the team is in the offseason phase of their annual program with plans to increase volume in for the spring.
