MRU WOMEN’S SOCCER ANNOUNCE FIRST THREE PROSPECTS OF 2011
Karlee Hodl (‘93), a member of the Southwest United Soccer Club. Graduating from Queen Elizabeth Sr. High at 5’7”, “Karlee is one player that has had my eye since I first saw her play. She has good speed and a nose for the goal with a wicked left foot.” - Coach Fusco
Courtney Elliott (‘92), a former member of the Calgary Foothills Soccer Club U18 Gold Medal National Club Champions.
“We are looking for Courtney to come into the squad and make a big impact in our lineup. With her pace and experience playing at a high level in Calgary, we are excited to see her get involved” - Coach Fusco.
Danika Cook (‘93), a 5’1” member of the NSD Soccer Club, has confirmed her interest of making an impact in the MRU midfield from her hometown of Cochrane, AB. “We are looking to Danika, to help provide depth to our graduating midfield” - Coach Fusco
